Q: Do you Require a Deposit?

We will usually take a booking deposit for your booking if it is a larger move or project, we request this by invoice. Payment of the balance / Full payments can be made by cash on the day or by Visa credit or debit card Google / Apple Pay / Samsung payments.

Q: What areas do you cover?

We are based in Plymouth and predominantly work in Devon, Cornwall, South Hams and Torbay area for our local move, but we can pick up from anyplace in the UK and deliver to anywhere in the UK.

Q: Can I book a move on a weekend?

We work 7 days and our prices for the weekend are the same as a weekday. We carry out your removals at any time that is suitable to you working early morning and late evening.

Q: Do you conduct moves to Europe?

Yes we do moves to Europe and specialise in man and van moves to Spain and France please enquire with your needs, for single items, part loads and full move man and van services.

Please state how many men and how many hours you require (Please make sure you are certain on the hours you request because if you book 4 hours and the job only takes 2 hours you will still be charged the remaining hours you booked).and due to other bookings we are not able to stay longer than the times you have booked

One or Two Men with the Van

Steve's Man and Van Hire in Plymouth strongly advise that for specialist heavy or large items such as washing machines, fridges, wardrobes or if coming up or down stairs that a two man team is hired, if in doubt please call and ask we are more than happy to help.
